My most recent experience with this surgery was very pleasant. I was able to book and amend my appointment online. It was all very convenient. When seeing the doctor, I was recommended for some further test, which was arranged to be on the same day afternoon. The whole process was smooth, relaxing, and hassle-free. I particularly appreciate the fact that I was able to see the doctor and have a test done on the same day. I also very much enjoyed the company of Dr Watson and Zanny from the nursing team. They show a great attention to detail and compassionate; and they are very easy going, easy to chat with. Overall, I have been with Paddington Green for a few years and always felt I have been taken good care of. Thank you.

I enjoyed the experience, the challenge i see is with Administration and being to navigate the maze that is the NHS. Personally it would be great if there was an over-arching process that I could understand.
I havent had my results processed and can give a better view once everything has come through.
This healthcentre has been nothing short of professional, thanks for looking after.

Surgery is fantastic. Like all nhs gp surgeries, the appointments can be difficult. The problem is the semi- urgent issue which doesn’t need on the day appt but waiting weeks is too long.

Collapsed in surgery. Great concern care and after care.
Also doctors are patient, knowledgeable, understanding, cooperative, friendly, discreet. Better than my last doctors surgery.

I was very distressed and unwell when I arrived at the surgery but the receptionist, nurse and duty doctor were very sympathetic and helpful even though I didn’t have an appointment booked.
